We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Rental Specialist to join our professional team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the scaffolding sector with a successful track record in both sales and rental operations. Key Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales and rental targets.

• • Manage the complete sales cycle for scaffolding equipment (from prospecting to closing deals).

• • Oversee rental operations to ensure timely delivery and return of equipment.

• • Maintain accurate records of all sales and rental transactions.

• • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers.

• • Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• • Minimum 3 years of experience in scaffolding sales and rental (UAE experience preferred).

• • Educational background in engineering, construction, or related fields.

• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP 2000, and MS Office.

• • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• • Valid UAE driving license.
