  • Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar by prioritizing appointments and coordinating travel logistics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to facilitate communication.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of integrity and trustworthiness in all dealings.

  • Personal Assistance: Assisting the CEO with personal matters such as adding personal appointments to the schedule, keeping up with real estate service charges and incoming payments, and more.
