6. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and deadlines.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implement controls, and improve efficiency within the department.
8. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and other financial assessments to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
9. Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, implementing changes as necessary to maintain compliance.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, HR and management, to provide financial insights and support organizational goals.
