Manage full set of accounts for real estate portfolio (residential/commercial properties). Handle property income accounting – rent posting, lease accounting, security deposits, and service charges. Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding rents, and control aging reports. Reconcile bank accounts and tenant ledgers. Manage VAT calculation, filing, and compliance as per UAE regulations and Corporate Tax. Coordinate with property management team for tenant billing and collections. Supervise junior accountants and review accounting entries. Prepare budget forecasts and variance analysis for properties. Handle audit requirements and liaise with external auditors. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulat.
