The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial activities related to our shipping operations. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing tax compliance, and providing critical financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the shipping or logistics industry and a thorough understanding of maritime accounting practices.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Cost Accounting: Oversee the cost accounting processes related to shipping operations, including vessel operating expenses, fuel costs, port fees, and cargo handling charges.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including VAT, customs duties, and other shipping-related taxes.
