Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative architectural solutions.
- Create and present design proposals, including drawings, renderings, and models, that effectively communicate the vision and intent of the project.
- Oversee the production of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts and the timely completion of construction.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, providing feedback and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
