- Lead the development of innovative architectural concepts and designs.

- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, models, and renderings to visualize design ideas.

- Conduct in-depth research on materials, construction methods, and design trends.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and architects, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

- Present design concepts to department head through compelling presentations.

- Ensure designs meet project requirements, building codes, and regulations.

- Collaborate with senior management to align design strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience Year

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design work.

- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max).

- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Preferred to have minimum 5 years of experience in UAE and has knowledge about the authority requirements and local authority regulations.

- Exceptional design and visualization skills.

- Strong leadership and project management abilities and teamwork

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously

- Previous experience in a senior role at a leading architectural firm, particularly in concept design.

- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices
