Job Summary: A reputable engineering consultancy based in Dubai is looking for a qualified Architectural Engineer (Female) to join our team as a Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong creative design skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience managing architectural design projects in Dubai. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design department and coordinate design activities. Develop innovative design concepts and proposals, present them to clients, and secure approvals. Supervise and execute architectural façade designs of various types and styles. Ensure design quality, compliance with codes, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout all design phases. Requirements: Female, Arab nationality. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Dubai in architectural design. Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken. Dubai Municipality–approved for at least G+4 projects. Proficient in: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, BIM 360, Microsoft Office.
