Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of auditing experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or similar industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

o Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior auditors to ensure quality and accuracy.
o Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
o Assess internal controls and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
o Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and provide strategic advice to clients.
o Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.
o Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and clients in a clear, professional manner.
o Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and auditing standards.
o Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
o Participate in developing and improving audit methodologies and processes.
