Technical Expertise: Lead the development and enhancement of the Insurance Finance system using Java, Oracle, and Flutter. Provide technical guidance, design, and implement complex functionalities.

Solution Design & Implementation: Design and develop scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with business goals. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems or enhancements into the existing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth data exchange between platforms like core insurance systems and finance applications.
Customization & Support: Customize the finance system to meet the unique needs of the organization and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the finance team.
