Preparation and modification of project budget. ➢ Monitor the details of actual cost of manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors and other costs in comparison to the earned value of the projects. ➢ Monitoring, controlling, reporting and preparation of Actual cost, estimate to complete (ETC), Estimate at completion (EAC), Cost at Completion (CAC), Variance analysis, Cost performance index (CPI). ➢ Preparation and analyze subcon periodic valuation. ➢ Assign Cost Components and Cost Types. ➢ Preparation of Cost breakdown structures of BOQ work items as per resources required in the projects. ➢ Analyzing and preparation of Variation orders (VO), claims and additional costs as per budget and SoW. ➢ Supervise Daily Manpower Reporting. ➢ Create Invoice for Miscellaneous Expenses and back charging of subcontractors for utilizing own resources ➢ Preparation of Cost reports and Expense analysis. ➢ Analyze Labor hours registration and statistical analysis for RG/OT ratios, with labor efficiency report. ➢ Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit/profit analysis with technical vision. ➢ Review the preparation of clients billing. ➢ Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports. ➢ Preparation of Lean Report, Productivity Improvement. ➢ Report, analyze and evaluate all cost components, internally and externally, that effect the project’s scope of work as well as work progress in order to formulate accurate invoicing and timely payments for company and all its subcontractors and vendors.
