We are currently seeking a result driven professional with string background in Publisher media buying and proven experience in Digital Sales and end to end Event Management (Corporate and Luxury events)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads across various industries such as Banking, Education, Healthcare, F&B, Real Estate, Retail, etc., for CPM / CPC / CPL deals.
- Maintain and grow the client database regularly while monitoring competitor publisher website ads.
- Achieve monthly digital sales revenue targets as assigned.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including client onboarding, event planning, execution reporting, and lead generation.
- Coordinate pre-event planning with client teams, social media teams, anchors, videographers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare event proposals aligned with campaign KPIs, ensuring delivery of the expected number of leads and audience reach per client requirements.
- Liaise with media buying agencies—regularly meet, pitch ad formats, and promote digital rate cards.
- Manage direct clients from both government and private sectors, ensuring 4–5 client meetings per week.
- Analyze client requirements and propose tailored digital plans, including display banners, content marketing, social media ads, email campaigns, etc.
- Create and deliver digital sales presentations and reports based on client needs.
- Submit daily sales reports and weekly revenue reports.
- Collaborate with booking, technical, and accounts teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Experience:
- 4 - 7 years of media buying experience in the publishing industry.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end event management.
