We are looking for an accomplished Senior Electrical Engineer with 12–15 years of proven experience in the design, documentation, and execution of electrical systems for large-scale construction developments, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and demonstrate deep expertise in Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), ELV, lighting systems, power distribution, and life safety systems. Position Overview
As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the planning, design, and coordination of comprehensive electrical systems for high-end hotel developments. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all electrical works are technically sound, code-compliant, and aligned with the aesthetic and operational demands of luxury hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee detailed electrical engineering designs, calculations, and drawings for LV, MV, ELV, and power systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate electrical systems with architectural, mechanical, structural, and interior designs to ensure seamless integration and spatial efficiency in hotel environments.
• Lead the production and review of BIM models, CAD drawings, and technical documents, ensuring constructability and accuracy throughout the design and execution stages.
• Supervise and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements for electrical works.
• Provide expert input at every stage of the project lifecycle—from concept design to construction documentation, site supervision, commissioning, and handover.
• Guide and mentor junior electrical engineers, ensuring high technical standards and continuous development within the team.
• Review contractor and supplier proposals, ensuring they meet project requirements, cost efficiency, and performance expectations.
• Conduct technical audits, inspections, and on-site reviews to resolve complex design and implementation issues.
• Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability targets, integrating smart and innovative technologies where applicable.
• Support project planning through the preparation of schedules, budgets, and risk assessments for all electrical scopes.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, preferably within 5-star hotel or high-end commercial/residential developments.
• In-depth knowledge of LV, MV, ELV, lighting control, emergency power, and life safety systems.
• Familiarity with international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and regional/local standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Dialux, ETAP, and other electrical design and simulation tools.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with contractor/vendor coordination and on-site supervision is a strong advantage.
