Onsite Maintenance, repairing, installation, Testing and commissioning of ELV systems including Automated Gate Barriers, Automatic Swing/Sliding Gates, Automatic Sliding/Swing Glass Doors,, Automatic Car Parking Space Savers, Speed gates, turnstiles, Bollards, Road blockers etc
Provide onsite and offsite support to the client in timely manner.
Troubleshooting and providing support service in diagnosing, resolving and repairing LV hardware and software malfunctions.
Recommending corrective support services to adjust customer complaints.
Troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner to avoid any delays & standby time and to complete the work within the deadlines.
Working closely with fellow implementation Engineers for the timely execution of the project
Mentor junior technicians and staff, providing training on best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures/ Method Statements/ Job Safety are followed on site as instructed by Project Engineers.
Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and attending emergency support calls from client.
Ensure timely and proper SLA/AMC visit to the client as per the schedule.
Perform regular maintenance on electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Assist in the development of project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
