PLC & SCADA Programming:

Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal, Step 7, and WinCC.

Design and configure SCADA/HMI systems for real-time monitoring and control.

Implement fault diagnostics and error handling in automation systems.

Ensure proper integration of PLC and SCADA with field devices.

Drives & Motion Control:

Configure and program Siemens drives (SINAMICS V/F/G series, Micromaster, Simotion, DC Drives, etc.).

Work with servo drives and motion control systems for precise automation applications.

Perform drive tuning, PID loop adjustments, and parameter optimization.

System Integration & Commissioning:

Interface PLCs with industrial networks (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, EtherCAT, etc.).

Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems.

Integrate robotics, sensors, and actuators into the control system.

Technical Support & Documentation:

Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.

Develop detailed technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system manuals.

Train engineers and operators on system operation and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, and PCS7.

Strong knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, DC Motors, and motion control systems.

Experience with industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Experience in robotics, CNC, or advanced automation is a plus.
