We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of immigration cases, guiding clients through various immigration processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on immigration strategies, options, and processes.
Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of immigration applications, petitions, and appeals.
Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies and communicate updates to clients and colleagues.
Mentor and supervise junior consultants and support staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
Experience as an Immigration Consultant, with a proven track record of successful case management.
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Malayali, Nepali, and Indian languages required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certification from a recognized immigration consultancy program is a plus.
