We are looking for a determined, stress-resistant self-starter who can quickly adapt and do everything to get the job done.
Lead the logistics team offshore which consist out of marine coordination of more than 80 units on the project, mobilizations, camp & welfare, marine & island logistics, marine warranty survey, bunker survey, and lifting appointed person team members.
Supervises activities related to logistical support for dredging, reclamation, rockwork and civil marine projects within deadline and budget available.
Focus on company business priorities while meeting customer demands.
Ensure high quality, safety and environmental standards
Familiar with and to have clear understanding of project requirements and specifications in order to ensure that = deliverables are maintained and produced in compliance with it. Also, be able to understand the implications of criteria changes, in technical and commercial terms.
Be able to manage and prioritize efficiently resources such as Engineers, Junior Engineers, Draughtsman in order to submit deliverables on time
Supervise the design, engineering and preparation for the construction of temporary heavy equipment, rock/accropode and accommodation barge jetties
Responsible for the equipment mobilization and transport from/to the island
Preparation and supervision of jetty pontoons
Coordination of fuel & water bunkering, personnel transfer and several other logistical arrangements (such as sewage, food, waste from/to and on the island
Warehouse management
Assist procurement team in ordering required equipment involved in the logistics scope
Coordination of (off)loading and sea-fastening arrangements on vessels
Be able to communicate well with all project departments and with client technical team representatives.
