We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marine Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this critical role, you will lead the design and integration of electrical systems for our range of marine vessels. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-impact projects in a collaborative and technically challenging environment

• Lead the electrical design, design review and development for marine power distribution, automation, navigation, communication, Hybrid Propulsion, and control systems.

• Develop detailed Load analyses, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable routing plans, and equipment layouts using CAD/CAE tools.

• Ensure compliance with classification societies (e.g., ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register) and relevant international marine standards (IMO, IEC, IEEE).

• Oversee the preparation of specifications, technical reports, and design documentation.

• Support procurement and construction teams with technical expertise during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases.

• Liaise with clients, shipyards, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and quality.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
