The Senior Officer – Office Space Leasing will play a key role in a leading real estate brokerage firm, responsible for generating leads, negotiating lease agreements, and closing deals for office space leasing in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and landlords.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Proactively identify and generate leads for office space leasing through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and real estate agents.
• Identify business opportunities and provide strategic insights to maximize leasing revenue for the brokerage firm.

Leasing & Negotiation:

• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions to close deals successfully.
• Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with landlords, developers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth lease transactions.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities in the Dubai commercial real estate sector.
• Provide insights on market demand, tenant preferences, and leasing strategies.
• Recommend pricing strategies based on market analysis to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the leasing process.
