We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil) with minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with Infrastructure and Building background. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge on TILOS Software and a proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Responsibilities

• Baseline programmer preparation (Resource, cost & weightage loaded)
• Monitor, Track, update & Preparation of Weekly/Monthly reports & presentations (Internal & External). Review of reports prepared by planners.
• Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly look ahead plans & targets in terms of quantity & resources
• Prepare cash flow & resource forecast for the project (quarterly)
• Prepare Notices, EOT claims & Perform Delay Analysis.
• Review & Monitor subcontract works & programmers
• Conduct project status review meetings periodically and other planning related deliverables.
• Capable of working & leading a Team independently to attend all planning related deliverable of the assigned projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction sequences & resource requirements.
