We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English, with deep expertise in Cards Management Systems and integration experience with Visa and Mastercard.

• Minimum 8 plus years of experience in project management.
• Lead and manage cards-related projects including implementation, upgrade, or integration of Cards Management Systems (CMS).
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Oversee Visa and Mastercard integration projects, including compliance with scheme mandates and certifications.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders including banks, fintech partners, and card schemes.
• Track progress against project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance in line with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) guidelines.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or payments processing environments in the GCC is highly preferred.
• Resolve issues and risks promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – written and spoken.
