· Manage all aspects of the contract administration, cost reporting, and commercial performance of large construction projects.

· Prepare, monitor, and evaluate all project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

· Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities.

· Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for optimal project outcomes.

· Ensure compliance with contractual terms and accurate preparation of interim and final accounts.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

· At least 9 years of experience in building construction in the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of cost control, tender preparation, and contractual obligations.

· Experience working with major construction companies in the UAE.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Age below 40yrs

· Nationality : Indian
