Description
Talent Acquisition:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions within the organisation.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Networking:
* Proactively source and identify top-tier talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
* Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
Interview and Selection:
* Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and participate in selection processes, including assessment centres and final interviews.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
* Regularly update hiring managers on the status of ongoing recruitment activities
Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
