1. Responsible for developing and expanding steel-related business in the UAE market (and other Middle East regional markets), developing advantageous products based on market conditions, optimizing business models, and increasing the company's market share and profitability.

2. tracking the changes in the steel trade market in the Middle East and China Dynamically, and quickly formulate and adjust the appropriate business operation plan.

3. Responsible for building and leading the team, and making coordination with various departments of the headquarters.

4. Responsible for devising and executing business plans. Possess excellent management skills, capable of leading the team to achieve the business objectives set by the company.

5. According to the company's overall development strategy, assist the company's COO to devise the branch operation and management strategy ,then implement it.

6. Develop and maintain customer resources to enhance the company's market exposure and penetration.

7. Other tasks assigned by the headquarters.
