The purpose of this position is to ensure the products of NFPC are available and visible for the consumers. Shelf Stacker work in the outlets is responsible for ensuring the shelves and products displays remain stocked. They rotate stock on shelves, ensuring that products with earlier use-by dates are at the front and removing those that have passed this date.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
• Displays all NFPC products implementing the planograms to maximize visibility.
• Proper handling and storage of all store stock.
• Checking the expiry dates, labels, tags and quality of the goods shelved in the store.
• Ensuring that the goods stacked on the shelves complies with the standards of the store and that they are not damaged.
• Ensures the effective expiry management for Fresh and Ambient products is aligned with the objective set by the company - First in First Out (FIFO)
• Responsible for removal of expired goods, stock count for displayed items, stock count back store items, order new stock, replenishment, promotions check, competitor activity survey etc.
• Coordinates delivery to selected outlets (coordinate with Distribution Coordinator, Delivery Driver)
• Collects market information including competitors' activity, new launching, pricing and promotions.
• Ensure GRV handled in an efficient manner.
• Report shelf stock shortage, non-moving items to Supervisor.
