Make coordination between all Discipline (Architectural, Structural, and MEP)
To plan and monitor project schedules and project deliverables in accordance with project Contracts.
Project progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors.
Manage teams to achieve project goals and execute projects efficiently.
Responsible for sourcing quality materials within budgetary constraints and ensuring timely delivery to the project site.
Evaluating Designs; coordinate with Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes in the same.
Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements etc.
Monitoring/discussing project status; reviewing during the course of project review meetings.
Contract(s) Administration and implementation of various versions of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.
Review tender documents and give advice on technical & documental flaws
Liaise with the client(s) and make necessary action to solve issues pertaining to client’s requirements.
Attends meetings, writes MOM, resolves design or construction problems, meets with contractors, sub-consultants, clients and relevant officials as to when required.
Ensure that projects are built in accordance with agreed plans, standards and within budget.
Reviews specifications of design & construction contracts.
Determine the resources (time, staff, equipment, etc) required and its allocation to complete the project.
Capable of evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.
Adaptable to changing priorities and needs.
Checking shop drawing and following project's progress on sites.
