  • Monitor Progress: Track project milestones and deadlines, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.

3. Quality Control

  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards and specifications outlined in the project documents.
  • Inspect Work: Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets the design and construction standards.

4. Technical Support

  • Resolve Technical Issues: Address and solve technical problems that arise during the fitout process, such as structural issues, installation challenges, or design discrepancies.
  • Provide Expertise: Offer technical guidance and support to the construction team and subcontractors.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of site activities, progress reports, changes, and any issues encountered.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on project status, including progress updates, budget expenditures, and any delays or challenges.

6. Safety Management

  • Enforce Safety Protocols: Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations, and that appropriate safety measures are in place.
  • Conduct Safety Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

7. Resource Management

  • Manage Materials: Oversee the delivery and usage of materials, ensuring that they are used efficiently and are in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate Labor: Manage and coordinate the activities of on-site workers and subcontractors.

8. Client Interaction

  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to update them on project progress, address their concerns, and incorporate their feedback into the project as needed.
