Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Tile Foreman with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in tile installation and site supervision. The ideal candidate will lead a team of at least 4 laborers on a construction project in Abu Dhabi, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all tiling activities on-site.

Manage a team of at least 4 tile installers/laborers.

Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.

Ensure proper surface preparation and installation of ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other tiles.

Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Monitor materials and tools to avoid delays and report needs to the site engineer or project manager.

Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers.

Track daily progress and report to the site manager.


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tile Foreman or Senior Tile Installer.

Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques and tools.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

Familiarity with safety procedures and quality control standards.

Experience working on construction projects in the UAE is preferred.

Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
