Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to facilitate and coordinate the processes of project scheduling, project cost controlling, project risk management, and project change management for C&C activities.
- Ensure adequate definition of project scope
- Establish and maintain reasonable baselines and current models for cost and schedule, Identify and manage risk
- Track, monitor, and report project performance
- Responsibilities includes reports to the Project Manager Construction & Commissioning (PM C&C, functional reporting) and to the Consortium Project Controls Manager (Con. PCM, organizational reporting)
- timely provides the PM C&C comprehensive and reliable data and information about the project status (actual, forecast, trend) highlights the reasons for adverse trends, if any.
- Pro-actively assists the PM C&C in the identification of preventive measures or corrective actions, as much as required to improve the project status and mitigate the risks
- Supports the PM C&C in preparation of the close-out report by providing appropriate data and information relevant to cost and schedule
- Experience in Actual project execution
- Sufficient industry experience (petrochemicals) to understand the drivers of petrochemical projects, including track record of site delegations
