As a Social Media Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the success of the brands you manage, liaising between the client and agency stakeholders, creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and executing innovative marketing campaigns. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 Years of experience in Marketing or PR.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite
- Understanding of Meta Suite and Google Adwords
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for social media and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media content and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.
- Coordinate between clients and the internal creative team to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Analyze data to develop impactful social media strategies.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content for Tiktok, Instagram , Facebook.
- Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.
- Social Media Management:
- Assist with community management, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
- Help coordinate influencer collaborations, paid media campaigns, and social promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular client reports, highlighting key metrics such as engagement rates, audience growth, and campaign ROI.
- Client & Team Collaboration:
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for social media campaigns and brand activations.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure cohesive content that aligns with client branding and messaging.
- Lead client meetings and presentations as needed, providing updates on social media initiatives and results.
- Creative Vision:
- Lead in the creation of innovative creative concepts, in addition to creation of mood boards, shoot plans, and other creative assets.
