Lead and expands the Digiturnal brand with a clear social content and channel strategy that ladders up to Digiturnal brand positioning
Creates and maintains editorial calendar to keep content fresh, accurate, and up-to-date for all social channels
Ensure quality and consistency of brand identity, narrative, tone and voice across all channels
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter community management
Bring fresh, exciting ideas and channel-specific approaches to the team that elevate existing initiatives as well as connect the brand with important cultural moments and conversations
Stay abreast of updates and changes to the key social media platforms and explore new and emerging channel opportunities
Lead collaboration with the other departments such as Content, Promos, etc.
Fosters relationship with clients to establish workflow and communication for synergies Report on channel findings and monthly social media metrics, ultimately connecting the social media strategy and tactics to key brand and business outputs
Establish processes and systems for the social media team to effectively manage, report, and execute social media plans
Complies with process and governance with the usage of social media publishing and analytics tools.
Must have a positive attitude and the flexibility to work with several departments and personalities at all levels of the organization.
