Position Overview: At Find my Venue, we are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, executing effective email marketing campaigns, and engaging our audience to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging Video, Image and Text content for social media accounts.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Utilize CRM data to personalize marketing communications and improve customer segmentation strategies.
- Manage the social media and email marketing calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to plan and develop content.
- Analyze and report on social media and email marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
