We are expanding our solar energy division and are looking for an experienced Solar Installation Engineer & supervisor. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in solar panel installation, have thorough knowledge of government approval processes, and be skilled in managing the entire solar installation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the installation of solar energy systems on commercial, residential, or industrial sites.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding permits and government approvals.
Work closely with government agencies and utility providers to handle documentation and approvals for solar installations.
Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation locations.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation for solar installations.
Maintain and ensure system quality, safety, and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation.
