Position Summary:

The SPA Therapist (SPA T) is primarily responsible for providing Pause treatments that enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of Members & Guests, while ensuring consistent execution of services according to TB experience procedures.

Understands the interconnection of mind, body, spirit and environment to deliver holistic and complementary therapeutic treatments, targeted mainly at addressing stress, detoxification, and muscular-skeletal concerns. Listens to health concerns, sensitively, and drives satisfaction from providing essential heart-warming services.

Conducts in-depth consultation, assess and carries out suitable therapies to address the main concerns of Members & Guests in a caring and professional manner. Supports in promoting the desired work culture and values within the overall Bridge Team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Warmly welcomes, engages with TB Members, and supports in determining the services and needs. Takes notes of medical conditions to define main concerns and appropriate treatment plan.

· Ensures maximum satisfaction of Members and Pause guests through a personalized approach and recognition while delivering requested services.

· Is knowledgeable in the health benefits of various product ingredients and the treatment techniques. Explains the benefits to the guests during all procedures.

· Continuously checks the comfort of Members and Pause Guests while performing treatments.

· Ensures the full set up of treatment room before arrival of the Pause Guests as per Pause Experience Procedure.

· Seeks out proactively additional work during downtime and monitors cleanliness as well as the tidiness of common areas.

· Completes tasks promptly with minimum supervision and ensures that work quality meets TB standards.

· Gathers and updates data of Members and inserts it in the system. Builds up the required database.

· Provides a clear and concise description of services, products, facilities, and Tracks to recommend an appropriate follow-up plan.

· Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times.

· Upholds the standards of sterilization and hygiene as directed by Law and Pause & The Bridge Experience Procedures.

· Supports in routine checks on cleanliness, hygiene and functionality of operational equipment.

· Take responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions.

· Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of a shortfall and complies with the Grooming procedure.
