Job Summary:
The Spare Parts Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of spare parts within the designated GCC territory. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive/industrial spare parts, excellent sales and communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the GCC market.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:Actively pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for spare parts within the assigned territory.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, including workshops, garages, fleet operators, and industrial clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate spare parts solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Knowledge & Analysis:Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the GCC spare parts market, including competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Technical Expertise:Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the spare parts being sold.
Provide technical advice and support to customers on spare parts selection, installation, and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies in the spare parts industry.
- Order Management & Logistics:Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Reporting & Administration:Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
Manage expenses effectively and within budget.
