Lead Engineer responsible for the execution of all the Electrical OR Mechanical OR Plumbing OR ELV works related to the project from start to handing over and obtaining TOC.
Lead Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing / ELV site activities.
Review all the drawings received at site from Engineering department and raise internal query if there are any site issues for implementation.
Review all material submittals received from Vendors and ensuring quality of document before submission to consultant.
Submission of material, drawings, Method statements and timely follow up with consultant for the approvals of submitted documents.
Prepare RFI for any site issues which require consultant/client approval to proceed.
Material order with take-off qty and follow up of delivery in line with project progress.
Manage subcontract activity / quality of works and progress in line with project QA plan / project program.
Maintain log of all submissions. Prepare handing over documents.
Ensure that the authority guidelines are followed during construction to ensure smooth completion.
· In-depth knowledge of Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing / ELV systems installation, and testing.
· Knowledge in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing / ELV site activities software and tools.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve Site technical issues.
· Effective decision-making skills under pressure.
· Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards
· Proven team leader capabilities, behaviors, and values
· Experience during post-contract.
· Knowledge of industry best practices and Proficient in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing / ELV site activities System
· Should have good knowledge of DEWA rules and regulations.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinate resources and activities to ensure timely project delivery.
· Oversee the implementation of electrical systems within the project.
· Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
· Coordinate and review technical drawings, schematics, and calculations.
· Source and evaluate electrical equipment and materials.
· Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements for electrical services and supplies.
· Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify adherence to design and Project requirements.
· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
· Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status, issues, and resolutions.
· Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
· Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
· Implement corrective actions to ensure project goals are met.
