Lead and manage Project Quality Audits, ensuring adherence to project specifications, contractual requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.
Coordinate and assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures for Oil & Gas projects.
Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for projects, ensuring it complies with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
Conduct internal audits of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
Provide oversight for quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, audit findings, non-conformance reports, and corrective action reports.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training, mentoring, and support to junior QA Engineers and staff in project quality management.
Review and ensure the accuracy of project documentation and reporting, providing regular updates on quality performance to project managers and senior leadership.
Identify and mitigate potential quality risks within the project and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and minimize risks to project delivery.
