Experience
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the public and private sectors across the UAE, while mining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s suite of services, including ERP, CRM, IoT, Data solutions, Smart city platforms, and e-government solutions.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers, including CXOs, process owners, and IT heads, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Own, manage and stay accountable for the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closure, post-sale handover and collections.
• Develop and implement account strategies to exceed sales targets and expand the company’s regional footprint.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
