STORE SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels: Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available in sufficient quantities.
- Inventory control: Regularly check and maintain accurate records of stock, ensuring that materials are stored properly and are easily accessible.
- Conduct stock audits: Perform periodic physical counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
Receiving and Storing Materials
- Inspect deliveries: Check incoming shipments of materials for quality, quantity, and proper documentation before accepting.
- Storage management: Organize materials in a way that prevents damage and makes it easy to locate items when needed.
- Proper handling: Ensure that hazardous or sensitive materials are stored according to safety regulations.
Logistics and Distribution
- Coordinate material delivery: Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
- Maintain a delivery schedule: Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain logs: Keep accurate records of material receipts, usage, and any discrepancies.
- Generate reports: Provide reports on stock levels, material consumption.
- Communicate with project managers and Site teams to ensure that material needs are met.
