Responsible and will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, enhancing its competitive position, and achieving strategic objectives. This position reports directly to the Group CEO and involves providing high-level consultancy support to address business challenges and implement strategic solutions. The role focuses on improving the group’s operational model and assessing organizational performance to foster continuous enhancement.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes,
- and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives (Business Case) to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
- Provide guidance and support in decision-making processes to senior management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop data-driven business cases to justify transformation initiatives.
- Lead the setup and execution of the Strategy & Growth Office (SGO), including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Support turnaround initiatives for assets and portfolio at both asset and group levels.
- Manage performance by tracking progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent in developing business cases and financial models to evaluate potential strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel and statistical software.
- Strong business judgment and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize tasks efficiently.
- Experience and understanding of business operations and procedures, including knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects and initiatives.
