Responsible for working on villa projects, mainly on luxury villa projects. Designing of all structural members (columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls and foundations) using the design softwares such as ETABS, SAFE, PROKON and preparing structural layout using AUTOCAD considering standard codes approved by DM Submitting to Dubai Municipality, attending review meetings until the project got approved and building permit delivered.
