• Supervise delivery status of supplying parts & equipment’s and deliveries to Norseman’s operations in Countries as well as to the main facility in Dubai.
• Main interface for the Operations Department regarding logistics topics
• Monitor suppliers (if applicable) and supplying deadlines regarding confirmed delivery times and quantities
• In case of rumpus and technical changes receive customer requests and align with other internal functional areas
• Conducting empties administration in alignment with other departments or customers and warehouse service provider according to applicable working instructions
• Deliver consignment shipments according to instruction and track inventories in applicable warehouse administration system
• Key in logistics data into the applicable IT system
• In case of changes of the original logistics concept which could have a financial impact, create an overview calculation and involve business unit which then can inform the customer in a proper way
• Responsible for the coordination of payables as needed for the location (Markview processing to include requestor, coding and tax review)
• Scrap obsolete items after receiving credit and authorization from Finance
• Supervise and be responsible for all approved Purchases made by the Company.
