We are seeking a dynamic and motivated LEED-Certified Sustainability Consultant with 5+ years of professional experience in sustainable building certifications to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to provide expert guidance on sustainable practices, LEED certification processes, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage projects focused on green building certifications (LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, etc.) and sustainability initiatives.

· Conduct sustainability assessments, gap analyses, material reviews, and report preparation.

· Knowledge of energy modeling, life-cycle analysis, and environmental impact studies is a plus.

· Provide strategic guidance to clients on integrating sustainable practices into design, construction, and operations.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project sustainability goals are achieved.

· Prepare documentation for LEED certification, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

· Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and certifications related to sustainability.
