• Source and identify top talent through creative strategies
• Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate right-fit candidates
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and share insights with management
• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems
• Fulfill our short-term recruitment needs, while building and nurturing the talent that will lead ASTUDIO into the future
