Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a mix of AI tools, market mapping, and professional networks
Build and manage target talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments using internal SATI (Self-Assessment Top grading Interview) framework
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring standards
Challenge unrealistic expectations and maintain hiring quality
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely progress
Drive offer management and candidate closure, including counteroffer navigation
Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement
