· To liaise with Technical Manager on matter seeking advice/requiring assistance

· Full awareness of study and analyses contracts document (drawings, specs), and well understanding of IFC and Contract drawings

· Acknowledgement to do comparison between IFC and contract drawings and notify the difference to the Engineer and the commercial department to initiate Variation of cost.

· Assurance to deliver detailed shop drawings in a professional manner, considering co-ordination with all related packages.

· Able to review subcontractors shop drawings/submittals, and to give direction for right submission.

· RFI’s preparation and issue to engineer expecting feedback to proceed further.

· To be able to prepare technical proposals to the Consultants for solving the day-to-day issues at site.

· Materials submittal reviewing, coordination with procurement team to achieve proper assignment.

· To create invitations and manage workshop meetings between different specialists/subcontractors to fix construction and engineering discrepancies.

· To provide technical advice to construction team as necessary

· Carry out regular site walks/inspection and advise construction team and Technical Manager for any irregularities/findings.

· Ensure that Company QA/QC policies are implemented in all related submittals including the subcontractors in coordination with QA/QC department.
