Technical Drafting to include but not limited to Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, etc; with the use of AutoCAD and relevant drafting software. Required to have Intermediate to Advance knowledge of AutoCAD; 3D Rendering is a Plus.

Prepare and provide a quantity takeoff and cost estimates. Preferred to have knowledge with Planswift and any other quantity surveying softwares.

Prepare project schedules and look ahead plans in coordination with Project Engineers and relevant clients. Preferred to have knowledge with MS Project, JIRA and other scheduling tools or softwares.

Pre-Con Site Inspections. Will be able to carry out site inspections and assessments for consideration on the preparation of RFPs/Quotations to clients.
