The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in wood fabrication, shop drawings, site coordination, and factory workflow management. Responsibilities • Lead the technical department (drawings, material submittals, method statements, approvals) • Review and approve joinery designs, shop drawings, BOQs, materials, finishes, and hardware • Coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met • Solve technical issues related to site execution, design changes, and coordination conflicts • Supervise draftsmen, site engineers, QC, and production teams • Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with specifications • Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and consultants for technical matters • Support procurement and improve factory workflow efficiency • Ensure timely delivery of materials and production output to project sites
