Brief
Responsible for coordinating requests between Client Relations Department and various engineering functions in TSS (Permits, Control, Survey, Drafting), HSE Department, and other internal & external entities ensuring quality and time-bound communication to Client requests. In consultation with the Director, Managers and Engineers of TSS (Technical Support Services), contributes in enhancing the customer experience through effective communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship Management
- Work closely with relevant departments within the organization to ensure all TSS policies and regulations are adhered to.
Continuous Improvement
- Assist to identify opportunities to increase operating efficiencies as well as implementation of best practices and process improvements in the TSS Department operations without reducing the quality of service.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports to the TSS Director on assigned activities and as required in order to provide accurate data for business decisions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and check drawings/documents required for issuance of building permits, construction permits, mobilizations plans, request for NOC
- Review and coordinate the requirement for NOC applied infrastructure works and utilities in coordination with authorities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors as well authorities- when applicable for the requirements and documentations associated with submissions.
- Familiar with project management practices to facilitate/ support projects execution.
- Maintain, organize TSS permits and approval documents, drawings. Appropriately record the document flow to ensure that all documents are retrieved when needed.
- Responsible for following up approvals for permits, drawings & approvals, NOCs, letters, completion certificates and other technical documentation from the concerned staff.
- Responsible for timely communication and completion; escalate any unresolved issues to the line manager and follow up until completed.
