Job Summary:

The role’s primary function is reliably and efficiently responding to and resolving ATSS 1st Level production support calls and installation tasks. The role entails exposure to Print shops and large production printing environments. In addition to attending service requests, escalation, installation, and proactively planning preventive maintenance tasks through the CSRC remote monitoring tool, the individual will have the opportunity to work with the ATSS Field support team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to our clients. Manage calls and resolve issues in accordance with the customer's SLA agreement to manage customer relations and optimize customer satisfaction.

• Leverage senior-level experience and specialised training in electromechanical equipment and advanced troubleshooting to perform repairs and maintenance on large-scale production equipment.

• Perform full range of maintenance on assigned products; including technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, retrofit and utilization of remote resolution software.

• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction by serving as the primary customer contact, providing all maintenance and managing AR and supply inventories of assigned equipment.

• Provide assistance and guidance to other team members regarding policies, procedures and overall equipment repair best practices.

Skills and Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering field, including the ability to use a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and read and comprehend electrical schematics to troubleshoot systems properly.

• Knowledge of Computers, networks, Colour theory and relevant software application skills.

• Experience with Konica Minolta production printers and office products is preferred.

• Excellent customer-facing, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.

• Strong analytical, logical and troubleshooting skills.

• This highly active position requires walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday. 

• Valid UAE driving license.

Salary:

6000 AED - 6800 AED , with other employment benefits
